Sample 4: Annual Customer Satisfaction Report

This is a redacted copy of one of the Annual Customer Satisfaction Reports produced for the Software Customer Services division of Philips Healthcare. I produced and edited these reports annually based on customer sat surveys for key accounts. Data was compiled with the help of the survey team, and I wrote the accompanying narrative for approval by our VP. The report layout was done by me, based on branding standards and guidelines.
